1⁄2 pound lean ground meat
1/2 medium onion, hacked
1 can (15.5 ounces) kidney beans, washed and emptied
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with fluid
1 1⁄2 tablespoons stew powder
1.Tan meat and onions in a huge skillet over medium-high hotness (350 F degrees in an electric skillet). Channel fat.
2.Include beans, tomatoes, and bean stew powder.
3.Diminish hotness to low (250 F degrees in an electric skillet), cover and cook for 10 minutes.
4.Serve hot. Top with cheddar, if coveted.
5.Refrigerate scraps inside 2 hours.
