Aloo Gobi

Ingredients for aloo gobi masala :

450gms Potatoes

450gms Gobi (Cauliflower florets)

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Cumin seeds

1 no. Hacked green chillies

1 tsp Coriander glue

1 tsp Cumin glue

1/4 tsp Chili powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric glue

1 tsp Chopped coriander takes off

Salt To Taste

Strategy to make this formula aloo ghobi:-

->Standard heat up the potatoes in a huge pot of bubbling water for 10 minutes. Empty well and put aside.

->Heat the oil in an expansive skillet and broil the cumin seeds for around 2 minutes, until they start to splutter. Include the green stew and sear for a further 1 moment.

->Include the cauliflower florets and sear, mixing, for 5 minutes. Include the potatoes, the ground flavors and salt and cook for 7-10 minutes, until the vegetable are delicate.

->Trim the aloo gobi with coriander and present with tomato and onion greens and pickle.
